Concern Yourself Least When Others Fear Most This is classic, and so very valuable, for two reasons. The first is that danger is least and bargains are most plentiful when the crowd is most fearful. The second is that you won’t recognize those bargains unless you’ve made an effort to resist the concerns of the psychologically unified crowd.
