I&#039;m looking at JNJ, COP, and BHP for long-term capital growth AND dividend growth, and will probably start dollar-cost-averaging into them for my roth IRA. All solid companies with good debt management and a history of steady growth.

A lot of people go crazy over FRO&#039;s dividend (currently reporting a 40% yield on Google Finance) but I&#039;m with you - if it&#039;s too good to be true, caveat emptor.</description>
