		<description>I was just n Home Depot today--sure enough, there were plenty of energy saving signs directing shoppers to light bulbs, weather stripping, insulation, etc. I didn&#039;t see anything on wind or solar power--where does someone buy that kind of equipment? It would seem that Home Depot and Lowes would sell it at some point.</description>
