		<description>We need the Fed to raise interest rates sooner rather than later. A stronger dollar will cause gas prices to drop and that will be huge for the consumer&#039;s morale. It may also be one of those times when stocks go up as interest rates rise. Raising rates will also help to wash out people who are barely holding onto a home they never should have bought in the first place. Once we get all of the foreclosures out of the way, the economy and the stock market will be much brighter. But until rates rise, we&#039;re just sitting here as a nation doing absolutely nothing.</description>
